Join us on our 100% Fully Remote Pool Plant Tutors Course. 100% Remote learning and assessment through Zoom, Pool plant tutor status grants those with the appropriate pre-requisites the ability to deliver and assess Safety Training Award’s pool plant qualifications. This course covers: The roles, responsibilities and expectations of an STA tutor The roles, responsibilities and expectations of an STA assessor STA pool plant qualifications requirements STA standards for delivery, assessing and paperwork STA awarding organisation requirements and expectations Demonstrating the ability to deliver technical theory topics How to organise and deliver an STA pool plant course. Assessment Criteria: Demonstrate a high standard of technical knowledge Demonstrate the ability to deliver and assess technical theory topics at the correct level using a variety of methods to engage and motivate learners Demonstrate a high standard of presentation skills. Deliverable Qualifications: Upon successful completion of the probationary status, a pool plant tutor may deliver the following qualifications: Pool Plant Operations Swimming Pool Water Treatment Swimming Pool Water Testing Course dates: 12th, 13th & 14th February 2024 via Zoom 09.00-17.00 each day. Course includes E-manual, tutor led training, certification and assessment fees. Candidate requirements: Candidates must have a stable internet connection, and access to a webcam and audio, Candidates must have access to a Pool Water Testing Photometer or Comparator to undertake a practical demonstration on PH, free Cl2 and Total CL2, alternately, candidates can submit a video of this demonstration.
