All orders placed before 1pm are arranged next day. (Monday - Friday) Most of our items are in-stock in high quantities, however we do have products that are shipped from abroad and could experience slight delays.

Returns

Our return process is very simple and doesn't cost a penny., please contact us if you require a return.

Refunds are processed immediately upon receipt of goods.

Furniture/Equipment returns - some of our larger equipment/furniture items have a 5%-15% restocking fee due to being stored in an off-site location.

Please contact us to discuss. Products must be sealed, unused and in a resalable condition in original packaging.

All goods must be inspected on arrival and any damages or discrepancies reported within 7 days upon receipt of your order.
